Tourney 2022 - Thursday August 25

Tee Time Start - started at 9am; and every 9 minutes

until last Team at 10:20. 

​

Chaplain's Dinner - a sit-down dinner again. Six tables were held

in the Clubhouse & Deck, and teams enjoyed eating together as

they rotated off the course before then leaving Penn Hills.

(prizes will be delivered to winners the following week.)

First team through the front nine and first through the back

nine start. Meal consists of our traditional hearty fare of hot franks & beans, cold salads, rolls and coffee or tea.

There were no Tournament prizes presented at the actual tournament. All prize draws will be recorded and posted on the web page and our Facebook Page. I will make arrangements to ‘doorstep deliver’ the prizes the following week. - Tourney Organizer Rick Irving

                                                         Seafood Raffle - this year we are giving away a $250 Gift Card for

                                                         the Chain Store of choice for the lucky winner - so they can

                                                         customize their own fresh treat & 'shop local'!

Multiple Draws are held at each anual Tournament; here come some videos of our favourites.

First Draw - sadly no one qualified from the Putting Challenge this year, but on the upside we had no less than seven qualifiers in the tricky Chipping Challenge!  Pat Graham was the lucky winner of the Gift Card draw.


Second Draw was for our 50/50 Cash Draw, Chris Villeneuve was the lucky winner of $130 in cold cash.

Third Draw - our ever-popular 'Glass Turkey' donated by our long-time Hole in One Challenge sponsor Atlantic Funeral Homes. All team players who try the tricky Challenge are automatically entered for the draw, and Donny Henry was the lucky winner this year.
