Tourney 2021 Corona Virus Version Mark II
Updated Wednesday September 15

Static Start - Official Start Time - still at 9am; a trickle start but we
can send out 5 teams starting at hole 1, and 5 teams starting at hole 10.
All the teams will be on the course by 10am.

Chaplain's Dinner - a new name for our old meal, it will be a sit-down
dinner again. Six tables will be held in the Clubhouse & Deck, and teams
can enjoy eating together as they rotate off the course before then leaving
Penn Hills. (prizes will be delivered to winners the following week.) First team
through the front nine and first through the back nine start. Meal consists of
original fare of hearty hot franks & beans, cold salads, rolls and coffee or tea.

BACK AGAIN FOR 2021 - Prize raffle on 10lbs of frozen scallops - draw at end of tourney.
Tickets $5 each or 3 for just $10; with proceeds
going to NS Police Memorial Golf Challenge
& Epilepsy Maritimes.

'Views From The Hills' Photo Contest
For players only, submission deadline one week after
the Tourney. Landscapes, wildlife photos, florals - see
what's around you. Waiting for your turn?
Taking a break? Take a snap and submit it via
Facebook or email by Thursday September 30th.

Submissions will be posted online in an album, with the
top three photos showcased in a separate album.

No gatherings are permitted at the beginning or at the conclusion of the tournament.
We have a timeline of 30 minutes to arrive, starting at 8:30am, put our shoes on, grab the clubs, place them on the golf cart and be ready to start at 9:00am.

Above all, we want everyone on the course to be safe, we encourage distancing among the players when teeing up, use of gloves & sanitizer whenever appropriate. Our web designer will take quick distanced Team photos this year in various spots around one location; the Hole in One Challenge by the breezy riverside.

There will be no prizes presented at the tournament. All prize draws will be recorded and placed on the web page and the our Facebook Page within 48 hours. I will make arrangements to ‘doorstep deliver’ the prizes the following week.
